Holloway Catering is a fine breakfast catering company started by Chef Daniel Holloway. Daniel has been working in the culinary arts field for 10 years, and saw the need for a catering company that can provide elegant breakfast food to be enjoyed at all different types of functions, from corporate meetings to baby or bridal showers, and he wanted to be the one to fill that need.

Chef Holloway attended the culinary program at Humber College and received a Registered Nutritionist certificate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. He was one of the top 20 finalists for the W Network Search for the Next W Network Expert competition, where only three of the top 20 were in the culinary field.
